Following an injury which ended his early music career,  Stephan rebuilt a new and successful career in law and education from scratch and drawing on his unique experiences and insights, he mentors others to tackle and overcome legal, business, performance, career and personal issues, by developing more effective ways of thinking and working. 

As a teacher, trainer and speaker, Stephan designs and delivers bespoke courses and seminars for businesses, professional associations and individuals both in the UK and overseas. He has also mentored a number of technology companies and sits on the advisory board for a leading journal.

Stephan is a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester and a postgraduate of the College of Law, York, Trinity College of Music, London and the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, Milan.  In his spare time, Stephan is also a conductor.
